Its tasteful renovation offers all modern facilities: a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, central heating throughout, large format TV’s in the living area and both bedrooms, Sky TV and wireless broadband.  The living area comprises a range of comfortable seating along with a dining table and chairs.  One double bedroom and one twin offer practical and versatile accommodation whilst the bathroom is fully tiled and has a large shower unit.  Outside is a south facing patio with a table and chairs. There’s also a large and secure storage area, perfect for bikes etc. In addition, a dedicated reserved parking area is situated to the rear of the cottage.
